Safety in the garden is just as important as job safety in our everyday lives. For example, when using any spray, herbicide, pesticide or fertilizer, it is important that we protect ourselves from contamination. Wear long sleeves, ankle-length pants, gloves, hats and eye protection, plus sturdy shoes and socks.
Do not spray during windy conditions to protect our lungs, plants, pets or others from overspray.
